RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customers can return their orders, entirely or partially, within 14 days, ( excluding BOTH & NEITHER ARCHIVE COLLECTIONS ) from the delivery date. Items can be returned both for a size exchange or for a refund. (this does not include original delivery costs). We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are securely packaged. Processing of refunds may take up to 28 working days upon receipt of the return.
Items must be returned in their original conditions, with all labels attached and in the same box sent by AVSHZ.COM.
IMPORTANT: returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered. The shoes’ soles must be clean and must not show any signs of use.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If customers wish to return an item, they should send an e-mail to customercare@avshz.com requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
The request must include the following information:
- Order number
- Item code
- Reason for return
Our Customer Service will provide the necessary documents to proceed with the return.
Returns authorized by AVSHZ.COM must be sent from the same country the parcel was delivered to.
AVSHZ.COM reserves the right to refuse refunds that have not been properly authorized or not sent in accordance with its return policy. In these cases, AVSHZ.COM can return the parcel to the sender at the original shipping address.
If AVSHZ.COM decides to accept an unauthorized return, 10% of the value of the item can be deducted from the refund.
Returns sent back to us which have not been confirmed via email will take longer to process and may be refused. AVSHZ.COM is not responsible for returned orders which are either lost or damaged, this is the sole responsibility of the sender.
Exchanges
To make an exchange follow the return steps above. When emailing us clearly state what item, size and colour you would like as your exchange. This way we can hold your requested item until your return arrives. We send out all exchanges free of charge.

International Returns
Important information for International customers. Please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items’. Please note, all returns from the EU will now have to have duties and taxes paid by the customer - AVSHZ.COM reserves the right to reject returns that incur fees on AVSHZ.COM.
Given implications caused by Brexit at the UK border, customers from the EU are wholly liable for ensuring return parcels have the correct tax & duty documentation attached. It is highly likely that any parcels will be returned to sender by your local customs authority if the correct documentation is not included or attached.
Promotional & Complimentary Gifts
Whereby a complimentary gift is provided as part of an order over a specified amount, refunds will not be processed if the complimentary gift is not also returned by the customer. For example, if a SPACE AVSHZ.COM Keyring is dispatched as a complimentary gift on an order over £150.00 GBP, all items including the Keyring must be returned in order for a refund to be processed.
REFUND POLICY
The refund of the returned item can be issued on the same day the parcel reaches the AVSHZ.COM warehouse, only once it has been reviewed by quality assurance.
For orders made by credit card, the amount should be available in 5 working days and will be visible in the card's bank statement. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
Refunds of orders paid via PayPal, or bank transfer will be refunded on the same account used by the customer.
Refunds are made in the same currency the customer used to pay the order. Possible difference in the refunded amount may depend on variations of the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.
Contracts with no rights to cancel under DSRs:
"The supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are personalised - for example, a made to measure sweatshirt or pair of curtains, or a gift that has the recipient's name embroidered on it.
The goods you can't return
Distance Selling Regulations returns apply to most products, but there are some goods you can't return if you simply change your mind, including:
CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping
Perishable and other items that deteriorate rapidly, such as food and flowers
Tailor-made or personalised goods
Underwear and earrings.
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
