Potential Delivery Delays:
Due to current circumstances, customers may face delays in order deliveries. Whilst we aim to dispatch your orders within our timeframes, some experiences you may encounter are due to new policies implemented within domestic couriers/regions.
I. Orders
When you shop at Avshz.Com, the products that are added to your shopping cart and pending purchase at check-out will be shown on the check-out page of Avshz.Com. You may select the products that you want to buy from the shopping cart, and then proceed to the purchase check-out. At the purchase check-out, our system will group the goods you ordered together. If you wish to change or amend your order, you may do so before clicking the “Submit Order” button. After clicking the “Submit Order” button, you cannot cancel the payment or the ordered products from Avshz.Com.
II. Order Status
1. Processing: After you place the order and complete the payment on Avshz.Com, the order status will be “Processing”. The order will automatically be followed by the delivery process and the order status cannot be changed at this time. If you need to change the order details, please contact us via our Customer Services Department as soon as possible.
2. Cancelled: This confirms that your order has been cancelled.
3. In Transit: All the ordered products have been dispatched. You may track the delivery progress with the courier slip number available in “ACCOUNT OVERVIEW” > “MY ORDERS”.
4. Delivered: After your receipt of the ordered products, the system will update the order status to “Delivered” within 2 weeks.
III. Order and Status Enquiries
1. You can choose to place and check your order on Avshz.Com. as our registered user or as our guest.
2. If you are a registered user of Avshz.Com, you may check your orders by accessing your account. You can track your orders by clicking on “ACCOUNT OVERVIEW”, which is shown at the top of the page. After that, please click on “MY ORDERS” in which you will then be directed to the page for checking the order status.
3. If you are not yet a registered user of Avshz.Com. and have checked out as a guest, you will receive our email confirmation after placing us your order, and you may contact our Customer Relations Department should you wish to track order status.
4. Delivery
All international orders will be delivered to your address notified to us at the time your order is submitted.
5. After the order is dispatched, registered users may find the courier’s tracking number for their respective orders at “ACCOUNT OVERVIEW” > “MY ORDERS”. Customers who check out as a guest will also receive our email with the courier’s tracking number for their respective orders.
IV. Shipping Countries
1. Our shipment can be made to the below countries/regions :
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, CzechRepublic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, NewZealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, SaudiArabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom.
Please note that our shipment may not be available to any remote and/or outlying areas within the above listed countries/regions. If you have any enquiries, please contact us at customercare@avshz.com We have the absolute discretion and right to vary, adjust, amend and update the above list from time to time without any prior notice given to you.
V. Delivery Policy
1. We shall, at our sole discretion, appoint any suitable provider of our courier services for the deliveries. Currently DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, PARCEL FORCE are the courier companies designated by Avshz.com. for international deliveries. To find out more about the services and delivery areas of the listed carriers, please visit their respective websites. We reserve the right to change the provider of our courier services for any deliveries.
2. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, you will be required to rearrange delivery or collect the goods from the courier.
3. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you the return delivery costs (on an actual consumption basis) and such reasonable sum as compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.
4. As we are unable to ship to freight forwarding addresses or P.O Boxes, please make sure you select a residential or business address for delivery.
5. We ship to you on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and custom duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout.
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Please note that customers are to take care of any duty and tax fees. Customers will correspond this amount to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.
The Federal Customs Service of Russia calculates customs fees based on the total value of goods imported by each customer within a one month period.
We recommend that you keep track of the orders you place, as in a small number of areas in Russia, if you exceed the monthly import threshold amount, your purchase will be sent back to us.
Avshz.Com cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment which may result from packages being stopped and checked by Borders & Customs Agencies.
South Korea

Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. We remind first-time Clients that AVSHZ.COM can request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

Pre-order items
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page. In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, Avshz.Com will promptly inform and refund customers. Avshz.Com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Avshz.Com that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page. In pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed.
Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases:
Available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods and
Pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.
VI. Costs
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. Currently, Avshz.Com. will charge a fixed delivery cost of GBP20.00 for each order, in the UK and £45.00 for EU orders without any other extra costs (unless otherwise specified). In the case of any special promotions, the specific promotion details shall prevail.
VII. Lead Time
1. Currently, Avshz.Com offers a standard delivery service. We will deliver the products as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order though under normal circumstances, the ordered products will arrive in 4 to 6 days from the dispatch date (subject to any delay caused by the below exceptional circumstances). If your order is placed after 14:00 on a Saturday, or any time on a Sunday or a public holiday, we shall only process your order during regular business hours on the next business day in United Kingdom.
Note: The delivery time mentioned above is only for reference purposes. The actual delivery time shall be subject to the courier company. In case of public holidays or festive seasons, the actual delivery time will be posted on the Website. In case of delivery to a remote area or during bad weather, the delivery time may also be extended. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
2. We work closely with our courier service providers to minimise the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.
Shipment Tracking
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from Avshz.Com or the shipping Courier specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or Avshz.Com
VIII. Inspection and Receipt of Products
1. When you receive your products, please check and ensure that the packages containing the ordered products are properly packed; that they are sealed with our official sealing tape; that you are satisfied with the type/quantity/specification of the products, that the delivery list and the invoice (if any) etc have been included. When they are in order, please sign on the delivery note. During the inspection process, if you find that the package is damaged or if there any shortage or mistake in relation to the products, or if there is an issue with quality in relation to the products, please immediately inform the courier company of the problem and decline the receipt of the whole parcel, and please also contact our Customer Relations Department. customercare@avshz.com We will use our best endeavours to resolve the problem. In any event, please do not open nor further damage the products and the packaging.
In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Avshz.Com at customercare@avshz.com
If the package or the items are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by Avshz.Com within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Avshz.Com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to the United Kingdom at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to the UK. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
2. If you decline the receipt of the products for reasons not caused by quality problems, please do not open or damage the products and the packaging..
Shipping to EU countries after Brexit
Due to the nature of the Brexit agreement reached on 24/12/2020, from 01/01/2021 all shipments from Avshz.Com to EU member countries will incur an additional shipping duty tax. This tax however has been subsidised by Avshz.Com. so you, our valued customers, will not have to pay any additional fees at checkout.
Coronavirus & Brexit Update
Whilst Avshz.Com. is open for business, we have minimised our operations to ensure the safety of our staff. We aim to get all orders dispatched within 1 working day but we are currently advising that orders may take an additional 2-4 working days to be dispatched. Given the delays caused by Coronavirus and Brexit at the UK border some international (non-UK) orders may take longer than usual to reach you. Whilst this matter is out of our control, we endeavour to keep you informed every step of the way.
